11/16″ Hexagon Rotary Broaching Insert

Polygon Solution’s 11/16″ Hex Rotary Broach cutting tools are designed for superior performance and can be used in any CNC or Manual Mill or Lathe. Polygon recommends pre-drilling the pilot hole 3% oversize for hexagon forms. Pilot holes should also include a chamfer and extra depth for chip accumulation.

Our 11/16″ hexagon rotary broaching tools are precision-engineered and fully customizable to meet your exact application requirements. Custom options include broaching depth, corner radius, and across-flat (A/F) dimensions, allowing for optimized performance and part accuracy. With Same-Day or Next-Day manufacturing available, Polygon Solutions delivers custom tooling without the typical lead times.

FORM ALIGNMENT:
When rotational orientation of the broached form must be synchronized with an existing feature on the workpiece, Polygon Solutions’ Rotary Broaching Alignment Brake Attachment provides precise angular positioning. The alignment brake temporarily restricts free rotation of the tool holder during setup, allowing the broach profile to be accurately indexed relative to keyways, cross holes, flats, slots, or other critical part features. This accessory simplifies setup, improves repeatability, and ensures consistent form orientation from part to part.
