Hexagon Rotary Broaches by Polygon Solutions’ are precision ground and highly accurate. Our 1/2″ diameter shank by 1-3/4″ overall length hex broaches are designed to be used with our GT Series Rotary Broaching Tool Holders.
All hex forms larger than .079″ include a pressure relief vent hole.
BROACHING MATERIAL
Our hexagon rotary broaches can be made from M-2, PM M-4, PM T-15, M-42 or PS-60 High Speed Steel.
BROACH COATINGS
For added tool life, TiN, TiCN, TiALN, ZrN or AlCrN coatings can be added.
CUSTOM SIZES
